1- Kate wore a full glam beauty look to the Festival of Remembrance. Her outfit was an almost exact copy of the Alexander McQueen she wore to Queen Elizabeth’s funeral yet with gold buttons. While not in line with Prince William’s Earthshot Prize messaging it was certainly a return to the style that we most recognize her for, her Duchess of Cambridge fashion. The A-line coat dress was practically all Kate wore during her tenure as Duchess. There have been some elements of modernization, like wearing all monotone outfits instead of the black or beige pumps she mostly wore before. Kate’s Duchess fashion seems to be back, at least this year, yet with a twist. She added a Chanel black clutch bag the second one she has added to her collection for a total of three. Adding a French handbag gives an air of international sophistication and SEO that her Duchess outfits lacked.

While we support a woman’s right to choose, Kate's return to a look that seems more aligned with her values can deliver a message of sartorial consistency that is key in developing a signature look.
